Rates - All rates are in Euro.

Confirmation - All reservations will be confirmed instantly via e-mail after you've submitted the booking requests online.

Booking Guaranteed - Credit card details are ONLY used to guarantee (secure or hold) the reservation. The credit card will NOT be debited unless you fail to arrive and if you have not cancelled your reservation before the cacellation time given.

Payment schedule - Full payment requires at the hotel check-in counter upon arrival or checkout.

Payment method - The credit card such as American, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Diner are accepted.

Payment Currency - All payments are in Euro.

Cancellation - If cancellation takes place 48 hours before 16:00 pm day of arrival, no cancellation fees apply. In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before 16:00 pm day of arrival or in case of non-show, cancellation penalties equal to amount of one night will apply NOTE: for reservations 'today for arrival tomorrow', it is not possible to cancel without having late cancellation fee. The cancellation policy may vary per room type; please check the room description as well.
